PokerStars has announced that the third installment of the MicroMillions online poker tournament series is scheduled to take place over a period of ten days from 7.30 pm London time on Thursday, November 15 until Sunday, November 25, ending with a $1 million guaranteed main event with $15,000 guaranteed for the first placed player.
The first of this online poker series, which is the biggest low-stakes poker tournament festival, took place in March of this year and this latest edition of the festival is geared for players with small bankrolls.
The buy-ins for the MicroMillions festival is relatively small but the event offers massive prizes and features 100 tournaments that run around the clock with guaranteed cash prize pools worth millions of dollars. Buy-ins can be had from as little as $0.01 to $22 and the festival will terminate with a no-limit hold-em main event giving players an opportunity to win $1 million in total prize money.
According to a spokesperson for PokerStars the MicroMillions Online Poker Tournament will be featuring up to ten tournaments per day.
The tournaments will commence every two or three hours each day during the ten day period of the festival with players from all over the world being given the best possible opportunities to participate. Participants can find the full schedule of events on the MicroMillions lll web page.
A guaranteed cash prize of at least $150,000 will be awarded to the winner of the MicroMillions lll Main Event which is due to commence at 7.30 pm London time on Sunday, November 25, 2012.
